These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of jme.com.my, including its pages, forms, downloads, online tools and the JEMCO 3D Planner (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is operated by JEMCO Manufacturing (“JEMCO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

1. Scope and Website Use

The Website provides general information about JEMCO, our manufacturing capabilities, products, services, projects and related business activities.

You may use the Website for lawful informational and business purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with Website operation, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or tools, or use Website content in a manner that infringes the rights of JEMCO or any third party.

2. Website Information and Product Content

We aim to keep Website information accurate and reasonably current. However, product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, drawings, availability, technical details and other content may be updated, corrected or changed without notice.

Unless expressly confirmed by JEMCO in writing, Website content is provided for general reference only and does not constitute a final technical specification, engineering approval, quotation, offer, warranty, contractual commitment or professional advice.

Product images, renderings and diagrams may be illustrative. Actual products, finishes, configurations or project outcomes may vary according to specifications, manufacturing requirements and site conditions.

3. Technical Suitability and Project Requirements

Manufacturing, storage, material-handling and related solutions may depend on project-specific factors such as dimensions, load requirements, site conditions, access, installation constraints, applicable standards and customer operating requirements.

Users should not rely solely on Website information to determine final suitability for a particular project. Final recommendations, drawings, specifications and project requirements may be subject to JEMCO review, site verification and written confirmation.

4. JEMCO 3D Planner and Online Tools

The JEMCO 3D Planner and any other online planning or visualisation tools are provided to help users communicate preliminary requirements and explore possible layouts or configurations.

Planner outputs, including layouts, measurements, quantities, product selections, configurations and visualisations, are indicative only. They do not constitute final design approval, engineering certification, manufacturing instructions, a quotation, an accepted order or a contract with JEMCO.

Before manufacture, supply, installation or other commitment, JEMCO may need to verify relevant project information, including:

site dimensions and measurements
product selection and configuration
load, capacity and technical requirements
site conditions, access and installation requirements
applicable drawings, specifications, approvals and commercial terms

5. Enquiries, Forms and Customer Submissions

When you submit an enquiry, planner project, drawing, file, measurement, specification or other information through the Website, you are responsible for ensuring that the information is reasonably accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

JEMCO may use submitted information to understand your requirements, assess feasibility, prepare recommendations or quotations, and contact you or the relevant organisation for follow-up.

Submitting information through the Website does not oblige JEMCO to accept, quote, proceed with or complete a project.

6. Quotations, Orders and Commercial Terms

Website enquiries, planner submissions and requests for information are not accepted orders.

Any quotation, proposal, order confirmation, scope of work, payment term, delivery commitment, warranty, installation requirement or other commercial arrangement will be governed by the specific JEMCO document or written agreement applicable to that transaction.

If there is any inconsistency between these Website Terms & Conditions and a specific quotation, order confirmation, contract or other written commercial agreement issued or accepted by JEMCO, the specific written commercial agreement will take precedence for that transaction.

7. Response Times and Follow-up

Any response or follow-up period stated on the Website is an estimated service timeframe unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Response times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, project complexity, incomplete submissions, availability of relevant personnel or the need for technical review.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Website content including text, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, illustrations, drawings, product information, layouts and other materials is owned by or licensed to JEMCO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
